Traditionally this is the 'Run to the Sun' weekend which usually leaves us with great difficulties in getting to Holy Trinity. Despite or in spite of the rain, the Church was almost full for our celebrations. A thoughtful sermon from our ex-footballer Deacon Brian lifted the dampened spirits of those brave enough to make their way to Holy Trinity. Musically we were without Jimmy again (where are you ?) but we managed to get through our celebrations with the addition of Choirboy's Hail Holy Queen and Air I breathe (made famous by Hillsong). Choirboy was even asked by two visitors whether or not we had a CD of our music - perhaps one for the future.Entry : - Song of the Body of Christ
